PRESS STATEMENT
Sustaining Progress Through Continuity in Osun State.
As Osun State approaches another important electoral cycle, it is necessary to assess the direction of governance with clarity, objectivity, and a focus on measurable outcomes.
Under the leadership of Governor Ademola Adeleke, notable efforts have been made to reposition the state toward stability and growth. Key areas such as workers’ welfare, infrastructure development, education, and community engagement have received renewed attention, with visible improvements recorded across various sectors.
While challenges remain, as is expected in any developing system, the progress achieved thus far reflects a governance approach centered on responsiveness, inclusion, and practical results.
Experience continues to demonstrate that sustainable development is best achieved through consistency in policy direction and continuity in leadership. Disrupting ongoing reforms at a time when they are beginning to yield results may slow down the pace of progress and undermine the gains already made.
It is therefore both reasonable and strategic to support the continuation of the current administration, to consolidate achievements, deepen reforms, and advance the collective aspirations of the people of Osun State.
The path forward requires stability, commitment, and sustained effort. Building on the foundation already laid will ensure that Osun State continues on a trajectory of growth, development, and shared prosperity.
