A faith-based non-denominational organization dedicated to helping women and girls build the capacities and virtues required to lead their roles as nation builders. REDD Women Empowerment established in 2014 is a social organization dedicated to helping young women build the capacities and virtues required to lead their roles as nation builders. Our cooperative provides opportunities for women to save, invest in profitable businesses and also obtain loan to handle financial problems. Our lending and business development services help women business leaders build and sustain viable business ventures. REDD works with young females between the ages of 18-55. Our focus areas involve development and mentorship in a wide range of critical areas of society including business, career, academics, relationships, and marriage. Our mentors are seasoned professionals from across the world who have gained mastery in their fields of expertise. We have 4 networks:
1) Women Forum: an online community that connects women (married and singles) from all works of life, helping them become the best of themselves and live fulfilled.

2) Married and Singles Network (MSN): This is our city expression, a non-denominational association with the mission of building women and girls with godly virtues that will help them positively influence their families and the society.

3) Cooperative Society: a multi-purpose cooperative society that provides several financial services to encourage lending, savings, business investments, etc among the women thereby helping them experience financial stability.

4)REDD Initiative: Our Corporate Social Responsibility group (CSR) focused on supporting women and girls through scholarships, business development supports, charity donations, etc. Spiritual growth

Today is the Day: HEALING HEARTS WITH CHARA HOSPITAL OUTREACH

For months, this has been a story of pain, faith, purpose and hope.

Today, that story moves beyond the pages.

Today, we go to the hospital.

Today, we remember Chara by reaching out to children and families who are walking through difficult moments.

Today, we support 2 babies with congenital conditions towards their surgery bills and reach out to 20 admitted children with welfare support.

What began with one mother fighting for her child has become a mission to help other children.

This is Healing Hearts with Chara.

A story that became a purpose.
A pain that became a mission.
A life that continues to make an impact.

Tomorrow, we go back to the hospital.
For me, this is more than a date on the calendar.

It is personal.

I remember what it meant to fight for Chara. The hospital visits. The tests. The medications. The procedures. The surgeries. The prayers. The waiting. The hope that somehow, she would come through it all.

We fought for her. And although we lost Chara, I made a decision that her story would not end with loss.

Her story would become a reason to reach another child.

Tomorrow, 1st October 2026, Healing Heart with Chara Hospital Outreach 3.0 will reach out to:

2 babies with congenital conditions who need support towards their surgery bills.

20 admitted children who need welfare support.

2 DAYS TO HEALING HEART WITH CHARA HOSPITAL OUTREACH

In just 2 days, we will be at the hospital.

And as the date gets closer, I keep thinking about why this mission means so much to me.

I know what it feels like to fight for your child.

I know what it feels like to sit in a hospital, waiting for answers, hoping the next procedure will bring relief, praying through the fear, and doing everything within your reach to keep your child alive.

I fought for Chara.

We went through the tests, medications, procedures and surgeries. I prayed. I believed. I kept showing up.

But eventually, I lost my daughter.

I cannot change what happened to Baby Chara.
But I can choose what her story will continue to produce.

That is why, on 1st October 2026, we are going back to the hospital to support 2 babies with congenital conditions towards their surgery bills and provide welfare support to 20 admitted children.

We believe in God who heals and that is why we are engaging in 7 days Midnight Prayer to seek for God’s intervention as we visit the hospital.

It’s Day 3 of the midnight prayer already and we trust God to give us testimonies from the outreach.
