> The bewitching and bewildering problem with Nigeria as a Nation and Nigerians as a people with diverse tribal, cultural, social and religious affiliations is that the government system that we surrendered our SOVEREIGNTY to in the name of DEMOCRACY through ELECTION lacks the enabling foundation and concrete basement for producing internally generated solutions (Natural Intelligentsia) to our national malaise and natural challenges. The irony of our national developmental faultline is that we have leaders and elites who do not reference their thinking faculty cm mental resource when taking decision on vital issues that will negatively affect the welfare of the masses, and because their brains are not wired with or guided by their CONSCIENCE, they can misappropriate as much as N1 trillion Naira on meaningless project without enduring legacy or implement policies that will impoverish over 100million people within 15yrs of increasing recurrent budgetary provisions, or worst still, use public funds to instigate and fuel insecurity against the people to divert public attention...

> Nigeria has rules and regulations that are perennially observed in gross violation, subjugation and contravention by both the leaders, citizens, institutions, corporate organizations and foreigners alike, yet we continue to produce new laws through the Act of National Assembly without thinking. If not for faulty thinking pattern and underdeveloped reasoning quotient, what will warrant ordinary LGA Chairman to loot money meant for his people, what will make polician assassinate his opponent, rig, manipulate or doctor results to win election against popular mandate, what will make a Pastor or Imam to lie, deceive or extort from the people in the name of GOD, what will give parents the liver not to train their children, what will convince a Judge to collect bribe to subvert justice, what will motivate a youth to kill for nothing, what will provoke a wife to butcher her husband or husband to kill his wife in the presence of their children if not for undeveloped mentality that fuels bad thinking habit..

> According to prescriptions of contemporary Nigerian legal system anchored on faulty RULE OF LAW mantra, every criminal, murderer, looter or ra**st is innocent until a Court of competent jurisdiction convicts such a person, even if it takes 10yrs to pass judgement, no thinking country can tolerate or ascribe to such odd and odius legal pronouncement. It is this kind of legal provision that has infested the judiciary, corrupted the minds of ruling elites and encouraged serial rise of insecurity in Nigeria, how can the onus fall on the presiding Judge in Court to determine who is a criminal when such a person is already guilty and condemned in the eyes of natural justice?. Where critical thinking is applicable .and in the domain of people with developed mentality, every prevailing socioeconomic challenge confronting our nationhood, be it unemployment, poverty, social hardship, insecurity, or any other formation of criminal venture remains a product of faulty leadership incubation that hols a possibility, any socioeconomic challenges can be tackled when the pros and cons are subjected to exhavsive evaluation and intellectual x-ray.

1: As active member of the Intellegntsia community in Nigeria, I took time to peruse through and analyzed most *anti Buhari posts and responses* on social media, I discovered that the bulk of people casting aspersions and spewing out *hate sermons* against the *APC government* with relentless outrage and out of range vituperations are youths born after 1980, mostly from Southern part of Nigeria. As the case may imply, they grew up in environment with *low reading culture and inadequate learning* in the face of diminishing quality of *patriotism and statesmanship*, these young people lack the commonsense of history and can barely draw out correct conclusions from past and present events. They don't posses the gift of political wisdom, they are too hasty in passing judgement and too extreme in reacting to issues that existed before they were born. These exemplifications represent the height of their gullibility and insensitivity on historical development, and the main reason why they engage in *uncensored parroting and pirating of jaundiced anti PMB sentiments*. And while they remain gored and goaded by self created ignorance, they refuse to reminiscent over the state of affairs of the Nation before Buhari came on board in 2015 and the visible progress his administration has so far achieved, they just concentrate their energies in magnifying the shortcomings and flaws from the Presidency, since their mindsets are contrived and constrained by wrong empathy for *PDP / Atiku* in a faulty thought process that is susceptible to confusion from external forces.

However, from my empirical evaluation and clinical assessment, *I have concluded that most individuals who cultivated the habit of sprouting and spilling out obnoxious diatribe and unassailable bitterness against the personage of President Muhammadu Buhari on social media and cluster points envisage him to be a magician with mystical ability to invoke, convoke and conjure already made palliatives for our battered and beleaguered socioeconomy within 4yrs, not minding the fact that it took the ousted PDP government as much as 16yrs to discomfiture, deconstruct and derail our national development index*. These set of anti Buhari activists are benighted as well as destitute of structural knowledge, *they see him as the embodiment of absolute power in Nigeria, with unhindered authority to superimpose and superintend over the mandates of other organs, arms, levels and institutions of governance*, and as they consolidate their criticism on the Federal government, they have forgotten that they equally have governors and LGA chairmen that receive monthly allocations too. My dear anti Buhari crusaders, before you exhibit notable trains of the *Romans* during the time of *King Harold* who denied their *Saviour* and accepted a *criminal*, or before you react like the proverbial *Tortoise* that keep mute throughout its incarceration but suddenly became hyperactive when its time of *freedom* came, you must put at the front of your skull that *PMB is not a spiritual, metaphysical or supernatural entity with abstract powers to end a historical phenomenon like poverty in 4yrs alone*. You must understand that poverty is a universal occurrence and remaining in poverty is also a choice, *so it's your solo decision to continue to wallop and dwell in self inflicted poverty, even as Nigerians with the gift of clairvoyance are moving to the Next Level..*

*Therefore, before you impulsively calibrate your vocal cavity to lambaste and lampoon PMB / PYO administration, I device you to carryout comparative analysis against the damages done by the 16 leprous years of PDP reign and the volume of looting that went on then*, and until you do that, you will never learn to appreciate the APC government that has been able to reproduce the minimal conditions for its reelection in terms of social, psychological and financial re-engineering.

2: As *anti Buhari crusader*, you must remember that *when you go to the river to catch fish in the midst of enemies that don't want you to catch fish, no matter the strength of your dragnet, it's impossible for you to catch all the fishes in the river*. This is an exemplar scenario with *fighting corruption in Nigeria where over 65% of active and passive government functionaries are reported to be corrupt*, and where *Courts are both the tool and tooth of graft war*. Hence, before you disparage the way and manner PMB is fighting corruption or before you label it as one-sided, you must realize that *the wheels of government rolls on the circular motion of continuity*, whatever PMB could not accomplished today, successive government will finish same tomorrow. At the moment, PMB government against all clogs and wedges has been able to *cage chronic looters away from public funds, he has reduced the prevalence of corruption, money laundering and emptying of state treasuries, he has enshrined some level of monitoring and control over government funds, he has instilled financial discipline, and curtailed recklessness of the former era*. *Corruption and indiscipline are the main emblem of our national woes*, the ousted PDP administration must be held accountable and responsible for institutionalizing and entrenching them it our polity, *under them corruption grew strong branches and taproots that has made graft fighting the most dangerous venture in Nigeria*.

The *hooting anti Buhari agitators* must understand that *corruption has all antibodies to furiously fight back through the legislature accomplices, judiciary ambushes and Civil Society interferences*, as such *Nigeria masses must adopt and support the ongoing anti graft war against corrupted elites and corruptible system despite its shortcomings*. The *anti Buhari advocates* must know that the *Executive Order No.6* and other *anti corruption policies* of PMB government is not targeted at the youths, *the heatwave of the war is pilloried against the over pampered thieving elites and corruptible political class that looted our state treasuries in the last 35yrs of uninterrupted inflow of huge foreign revenues*. Am specially appealing to young Nigerians to *stop wailing on behalf of the corrupted elites and lootocratic retired military generals who are blocked from having access to public funds as they used to in previous administrations, who are also finding it difficult to continue to finance their flamboyant and flagrant lifestyles under the PMB government*. With the way *whistles are blown* and the manner *anti graft agencies* are digging out records, tracing properties acquired with stolen finds and discovering of suspicious Bank accounts, *these executive thieves know that it's only a matter of time before the searchlight of anti corruption war beams on them*, they also know that their stolen wealth and neurotic image is about to be dragged to the mud.

*Listen well*, before you subject *Buhari / Osinbajo* led APC government to *name calling and mudslinging*, don't forget to note that this *administration ushered in some level of ethical rebirth in doing government business, has emancipated the polity from economic maggots and intellectual miscreants and is furiously confiscating stolen public funds*....... Remember the *Ikoyigate ($47million dollars); Andrew Yakubu slush ($15million dollars); Dasukigate ($2.1billion dollars); Daziani jamboree ($20billion dollars); Mama Peace forfeiture (N3 billion naira); Ghost workers scam (N60billion annually); Commercial Banks bazaar (N780billion without ownership); Airport/Bureau De Change abandonment (over $5million dollars) etc*. If you are still in doubt of the achievement of PMB anti corruption mantra, you should know that *two former governors and serving senators are convicts serving various jail terms in prison, as more high profile corruption cases are being prosecuted, many more will loose their freedom before the end of PMB second tenure in 2023, so don't remain in the shadow of doubting Thomas in a new era*.

In case you have *nurtured or is nurturing some form of misgivings against PMB government*, you must realize that there's serious attempt to block leakages and restrain diversions across revenue generating agencies like *NPA, NNPC, NIPOST, FIRS, FRSC, NIS, NCS, NDIC, JAMB, NECO, NIMASA, DPR and NCC* etc, they are now remitting over 500% increment, *JAMB that hitherto remitted less N200million naira under PDP government has remitted over N15billion naira under APC government*. This government is also retrieving *unpaid taxes* from profiteering multinational companies, eg *MTN avoided paying taxes to the tune of $2billion dollars under PDP* but the tide turned around them under APC administration, while the $7billion dollars given out by CBN as bailout funds to commercial banks between 2006 - 2008 is being recouped. *For your profound information, membership of or decamping to APC is not a shield against criminal prosecution as being peddled by the opposition, be assured that with time, ne mesis will catch up with all the looters under the PMB government, so this should not be the reason for you to chastise and pour venoms on the anti corruption fight of Mr Integrity*.

3: For clarification purposes, I wish to reaffirm that *PDP remains an organized criminal cartel registered in INEC as political party with conservative ideology for the sole purpose of grappling power and sharing the spoil*, and with infectious greed, members of the party systematically disbanded the culture of honestly and accountability. The front row of PDP is *occupied by atomistic assembly of chronically corrupt entities with questionable character and stolen wealth*, such bunch of classical thieves can never be entrusted with power again because they will not administer corruption free government. Before you *amplify your antagonism and antipathy against President Buhari administration*, don't forget to put into consideration the reality that *PDP members share one common bloodline that has been infected and infested with rapacious fascination for looting and stealing of public funds, nothing straight forward can ever come out from such voraciously and contagiously crooked political party*..... So don't be deceived, *the worst of APC is better than the best of PDP* whose fugitive members lack elementary political wisdom, do I have to remind you that over *50% of the N71trillion naira earned by the country between 1999 - 2015 was stolen*. In the same vane, I wish to also remind you that all the *Industrial and Economic Policies* put in place by the deposed PDP government failed after gulping billions of dollars without benefit, eg *Small & Medium Enterprises Equity Investment Scheme (SMEEIS) of 2000; Privatisation Program of 2001; NEEDS of 2004; National Integrated Industrial Development (NIID) of 2007; Industrial Park Development Strategy (IPDS) of 2009; Sure-P program of 2012; Offshore Processing Agreement (OPA) of 2013; Crude Swap of 2013; National Industrial Revolution Plan (NIRP) of 2014; Cassava Bread Policy of 2014,* all failed, including *Taxation, Trade Facilitation, Power, Gas sector, Railway Modernization Reforms* .

If you're an *anti Buhari crusader from Niger Delta Region or from South East States*, you must not forget the 16 locust and cankerworm years of the corrupted PDP in a hurry, in case you have forgotten, it was the era when *militant entities and profound political criminals* held the region hostage, when public funds appropriated as *13% Derivation, Ecological funds, Amnesty funds, NDDC funds and other statutory intervention funds were brazenly distributed among the polithiefcians, traditional rulers and militant leaders*, without recourse to the plights of the depraved people of the zones. Despite huge funds flowing at that time, PDP government could not complete the *East - West Road project*, they could not rehabilitate the *Port Harcourt - Enugu expressway*, in short about *85% of all the projects initiated in the South South / South East zones between 1999-2015 were either abandoned or uncompleted*. The PDP government demobilized the *Onne, PH, Warri and Calabar seaports*, they crippled *PH and Warri refineries*, they disbanded *ASCON, NAFCON, Wilbros, Delta Steel, Port Harcourt Floor Mill, Michelin, Alo Aluminium, Port Harcourt Tourist Beach, Calabar Beach, Oil Mills etc*, while the *medium and large scale industries factories that sprang out around Trans Amadi Industrial Layout, Aba Industrial Zone, Warri, Calabar, Ikot obasi etc fizzled out before PDP was dethroned in 2015*. It was the *PDP government that multiplied the prevalence of poverty, unemployment and social uneasiness, which in turn fueled the crisis and confusion of that era*, don't forget how they could not muster the will to implement the *TSA, Ogoni cleanup, Aba Industrial Park, and could not pay the gratuities of retrenched Biafra soldiers, Railway and Nigeria Airways workers* etc, but *Buhari implemented all these in less than 4yrs,* like seriously *Buhari deserves another tenure, his age is an advantage, not a barrier*.

*Before you castigate or become empoisoned against PMB government*, endeavor to cast retrospective glance at the happenings in Nigeria before *APC* electorally took over the mantle of leadership from *PDP*, you will recollect that the PDP era reinvented and festered the spread of *pipeline and oil facilities sabotage, serial election rigging, conversion of youths as political thugs, inducement of the electoral process, assassination, Boko haram, kidnapping for ransom, militancy in NDR, and ritual killings* etc, these social menace where not visible during the military era that bequeathed power to PDP. This was the same time that *Mo Ibrahim Index of African Governance Report of 2014* rated *Nigeria as the worst governed country in the continent and the 2nd lowest in terms of national security*. Remember that *PMB inherited a country where all international indices and multilateral reports pointed to Nigeria as a failed state with high probability of breakup, and at the fog of national uneasiness, when high prevalence of corruption, mutating insecurity, mutilating impunity, prevailing poverty, anger and anguish quaked the foundation of our nationhood and when a kind of voodooo economy that favours only the minority elites and punishes the majority of the people was in place*. With all the *orchestrated sabotages, judicial wedges, legislative underpinnings, weak naira and financial constraints, PMB did not owe workers salary, rather he was able to draw clarity from the spigot of chaos and provided the succour that rebounced our recessed economy within a short period of time*,,,,, the *2018 World Bank report rated Nigeria as one of the most improved economy in the world,,,, this feat requires commendation, not condemnation of Mr President*.
