POSITION:

Drilling Engineer X 1

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:

Basics of Well Engineering, casing design and engineering calculations including but not limited to hydraulics, torque, and drag, well control, surge, and swab, cementing, BHA and drill string, nozzle sizes and bit performance etc.

Knowledge of preparing detailed Drilling Programmes and Montages, review of offset wells data, NPT analysis, bit records, end of Well reports, quality check DDRs, plan vs actual monitoring of performance and cost, variance analysis, mobilization and demobilization of services to optimize cost etc.

Work in the field as WSDE or NDS or to support critical operation. Possess a Valid IWCF Supervisory Level Certificate.

Experience with NIPEX will be an added advantage.

REQUIREMENT:

Min 10 years in the industry and at least 5 years as Drilling Engineer and relevant experience

POSITION:
Well Site Drilling Engineer X1

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:

Assist the DSVs to implement the approved drilling and completion programs at the offshore rig, exposure understanding of critical components of to drilling extended reach and horizontal wells, manage all the contractors including rig, vessels and all the services, support in vessel and shore base logistics to load and unload material, maintain daily cost estimates, service company rental equipment and consumables list, check service company field tickets and advise DSVs for discrepancies, carry out engineering calculations for hydraulics, cementing, daily pre-kick and well control sheets, surge/swab, LOT/FIT, plan vs actual time and cost graphs, responsible to prepare daily drilling reports and distribution after DSV review and approval, follow up and quality check service companies daily reports like mud logging, directional drilling, mud engineering etc, assist DSVs to prepare, check and execute all critical.

REQUIREMENT:

Min 5 years in the industry and at least 3 years as Wellsite Drilling Engineer and relevant experience

POSITION:

Senior Drilling Engineer X1

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:

Drilling Engineering and Well Designs for extended reach and horizontal wells in coordination with G and G and other relevant departments for Exploration, Development and Workover wells in offshore environment, Preparation of detailed Drilling Programmes and procedures, Champion for End of Well and Project reports, Real-time monitoring and capture of learning curves for continuous improvement, Preparation of Budgets and AFEs, Rig sizing and casing design optimization, Develop SORs for rig, tangibles and services and technical scope of work for tenders, risk register with mitigation plans and contingency planning

REQUIREMENT:

Min 18 years in the industry and at least 5 years as Senior Drilling Engineer and relevant experience. Has supported various Jack up Operations and has a good experience with offshore material logistics.

POSITION:

Night Drilling Supervisor x 1

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:

• Assist Drilling Supervisor in the implementation of drilling, workover, completion and testing programs

• Maintain operational optimization and offline concurrent operations.

• Provide support for the drilling units to the Senior Drilling Supervisor to fully meet well and HSE standard.

• Ensure compliance with all regulations pertaining to the work and report any deviation.

• Ensure an adequate inventory or materials and equipment on the drilling unit to carry out the work.

REQUIREMENT:

Min 15 years in the industry and at least 10 years as Night Drilling Supervisor and a minimum of 5 years of Jackup experience in this capacity.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:

We are looking for a responsible executive assistant to support our Senior Managers in a timely and professional manner. Provide high quality administrative and clerical assistance to top-level executives.

REQUIREMENT
Minimum Qualification:

• Science or an: Engineering degree except for Petroleum Engineering plus MBA.

• Dynamic, energetic with the right aptitude and attitude to work as a proper executive assistant.

• Understanding confidentiality and respect the importance of the office held – to be trustworthy.

• Willing to work as a team member and coordinate with the entire project team as directed and as per project needs.

• Not to exhibit “I am working on the project lead” attitude but use the empowerment in an effective manner to achieve the objectives without conflicts and politics.

• Available for support beyond the normal working hours including weekends as required by the project.

• Capability to handle MS Office – thoroughly – must be at the level 7/10 as a minimum.

• Must be willing to learn with a growth ambition and the right attitude to learn.

• Prompt and efficient in handling the scope given without a casual approach and low-quality presentations.

• To be able to accept mistakes made instead of excuses with high adaptability to learn from the mistakes and correct for better delivery in future.

• Not more than 24-27 years of age with a willingness to work for at least 3 years without any other plans that would affect the performance.

Attend to ensure Marine/Safety Company technical standards and approved operating/contingency procedures are in place and executed.
Assesses Company Marine Advisors task performance.
Ensure that the Company HSE requirements are fully addressed and that EPC Contractor’s Marine staff are qualified/experienced/trained for their intended position and are fully familiar with emergency procedures.
