CELEBRATING OUR TEACHERS...

The role of teachers is reflected in all aspects of life. They are the architects who design and shape all careers and professions. This makes them determining forces of our social, political, economic, and even cultural values.

This year's 'Teachers' Day' should be more of a reflection on the lifestyle, welfare, status, and dignity of our great teachers in Oyo State, and Nigeria at large. Not least, we should not undermine these facts if we must improve on the slated global world records of education.

I have related, brainstormed, and worked with the teachers' forum (NUT and MUTAN) of Saki West. I greatly enjoyed their impact on our Constituency Education Initiative (CEI).

Through them, we got aid assisting applicants for SUBEB, TESCOM recruitment, our 3 Years Free JAMB and CBT training, and more recently, the newly facilitated schools built at Baabo, Imua, and Jariogbe, all in Saki West.

I join in the joy of celebrating all our beloved teachers nationwide today, 5th October, 2026.

TODAY DAY...

As part of my constituency engagement and appearances, I honoured this year's Ogidigbo Day. The people of Ogidigbo have been very supportive and contributive to the good course of our socio-economic, political, and cultural development.

At the celebration, I make a bold assurance, as imperative, that our party, the All Progressives Congress (APC), still needs the people's support to win all elective posts, from Presidential to State Constituency representation.

Let me appreciate the loud ovation you gave our presence, and further reiterate my unflinching support for you, the good people of Ogidigbo dynasty. May Allah spare our lives to celebrate more success of our homeland.

Faidoh Maolud & Launching Program...

Yesterday, I honoured the Maolud and Launching Programme of our brethren in Islam.

The promising youth exemplified much of the required strength to taking the lead for our collective dissemination of the Monotheistic creed.

I can only encourage them to be more proactive and fearless, for he who rakes up the work of the Messengers has indeed seek Allah's mercy upon himself.

At our own end, I pledge you shall continue to have our support in cash and kind.

FIRST AFRICAN BAPTIST PRIMARY SCHOOL, IMUA...

As part of efforts to support education with relevant facilities, we have given one of our remote communities a facelift to create a conducive learning environment.

This week, I visited First African Baptist Primary School, Imua, to inspect progress on the classroom, borehole, and convenience (toilet) construction.

As I mentioned earlier, the World Bank project supporting the Universal Basic Education Board under the Oyo State Government allocated three (3) to my Constituency, Saki West.

The first was unveiled at Ansarul Islam Basic School, Baabo (fully completed). And now, we have that at Imua also completed.

The third phase will be unveiled in due course after inspection.

God bless Saki West.

You keep paying your dues not only to your political circle, but also to your constituency, community, family, and friends.
