This is barbaric to say the least. The management of Abia State Environmental Protection Agency (ASEPA) frowns at this ugly development. Why would any sane person dispose refuse indiscriminately and such manner, endangering the health of people living in this vicinity?
Henceforth offenders will be decisively dealt and prosecuted.
The management is by the announcement warning perpetrators of this ungodly act to desist or face the wrath of the law.
