Today, we celebrate the brilliance, creativity, and cultural excellence of our children who have proudly represented the Bayelsa State Council for Arts and Culture at the National Festival for Arts and Culture in crafts, essay writing, quiz, storytelling, instrumentation, and dance over the years.

Their passion, confidence, and creativity continue to keep our culture alive and inspiring for generations to come.
