Last week, the Embassy of Finland in Nepal got an opportunity to visit Sudurpashchim Province together with the European Union in Nepal .

A journey through Nepal's changing landscapes provided an opportunity to observe both Nepal's remarkable landscapes and the realities facing rural communities.

The contrast between thriving farms supported by improved irrigation 🌿and fields affected by increasing water scarcity 🪾 illustrates the growing impacts of climate change. 🛘

The visit reinforced the importance of climate-resilient planning and local solutions to secure sustainable livelihoods for the future.🤝✨

Today, JunctionX Kathmandu and FinnoFest officially commenced at AITM College. 🎉🇫🇮 The opening ceremony featured welcoming remarks by H.E. Petri Puhakka.

The event brought together a diverse audience, including students, innovators, company representatives and members of various organizations, fostering collaboration and exchange between Finland and Nepal.🖥️✨
