🌟 Leo Week Celebration - Day 7 🌟

The final day of Leo Week was marked by an act of compassion and life-saving generosity as the Leo Club of Kathmandu Aksharica, Leo Club of Kathmandu Sunakhari, Leo Club of Kathmandu Regency and Leo Club of Bhakrapur Namaste organized a Blood Donation Program at Kamal Binayak. This initiative aimed to address the urgent need for blood and encourage community members to contribute to this noble cause.

🌟 Leo Week Celebration - Day 6 🌟

On the sixth day of Leo Week, the Leo Club of Kathmandu Aksharica, Leo Club of Kathmandu Sunakhari, Leo Club of Kathmandu Regency and Leo Club of Bhaktapur Namaste came together for an Environment Cleaning Program at Nil Barahi Forest. This initiative aimed to promote environmental sustainability and raise awareness about the importance of maintaining clean and green public spaces.

With teamwork and dedication, we worked to clear litter and restore the natural beauty of the forest. This program highlighted our shared responsibility to protect the environment for future generations.

The Leo Club of Kathmandu Aksharica, Leo Club of Kathmandu Sunakhari, Leo Club of Kathmandu Regency and Leo Club of Bhaktapur Namaste came togetherto celebrate International Leo Day with enthusiasm and purpose. At Aksharica School, we expressed the true essence of Leo spirit through fellowship, creativity, and teamwork by crafting a stunning mandala—a symbol of harmony—and lighting candles to spread light and hope.

The Leo Club of Kathmandu Aksharica, Leo Club of Kathmandu Sunakhari, Leo Club of Kathmandu Regency, Leo Club of Bhaktapur Namaste and Leo Club of Kathmandu Radience Medical Students hosted an insightful session on 'How To Take Care of Our Eyes' via Google Meet. This virtual initiative aimed to educate participants on the importance of eye health, common eye problems, and practical tips for maintaining good vision in today’s digital age.

With every step, we strive to make a difference through awareness and education. Together, let’s look after our vision for a brighter future!

On the third day of Leo Week, the Leo Club of Kathmandu Aksharica, Leo Club of Kathmandu Sunakhari, Leo Club of Kathmandu Regency and Leo Club of Bhaktapur Namaste joined hands for a heartfelt Hunger Relief Program at Shree Dhyoma Jagay Briddha Ashram. This initiative was dedicated to serving meal and bringing smiles to the elderly residents of the Ashram, ensuring they felt cared for and valued.

Every act of kindness, no matter how small, makes the world a better place. Together, we continue to serve with purpose and heart.

Continuing the spirit of service and community care, the Leo Club of Kathmandu Aksharica, Leo Club of Kathmandu Sunakhari, Leo Club of Kathmandu Regency and Leo Club of Bhaktapur Namaste organized a Diabetes Screening Program at Sanobyasi, Bhaktapur. This initiative aimed to promote health awareness by offering free diabetes screenings and providing insights into managing and preventing diabetes.

Small actions can bring significant change, and we are proud to take steps toward a healthier tomorrow.

🌟 Leo Week Celebration - Day 1 🌟

The Leo Club of Kathmandu Aksharica, in collaboration with the Leo Club of Kathmandu Sunakhari, Leo Club of Kathmandu Regency, Leo Club of Kathmandu Radiance Medical Students and Leo Club of Bhaktapur Namaste kickstarted Leo Week with a meaningful initiative—Childhood Cancer Awareness Program—held at Aksharica School. This program was dedicated to spreading awareness about childhood cancer, its early signs, preventive measures, and the importance of timely intervention.

Through interactive sessions and informative discussions, the event aimed to educate participants and inspire collective action toward supporting children battling cancer. It also highlighted the need for stronger community support and resources for affected families.

We believe that awareness is the first step toward making a difference. Together, let’s pledge to stand with those in need, spread knowledge, and create a brighter future for our children.

World AIDS Day Celebration 🎗

As part of LEO Week, Leo Club of Kathmandu Aksharica School proudly joined hands with the Leo Club of Kathmandu Sunakhari, Leo Club of Kathmandu Regency, Leo Club of Kathmandu Radiance Medical Students, and Leo Club of Bhaktapur Namaste to commemorate World AIDS Day at Aksharica School.

This event aimed to raise awareness, promote education, and foster solidarity in the fight against HIV/AIDS. United to break the stigma and spread hope for a healthier future.

On November 28, 2024, the Lions Club of Kathmandu Sunakhari successfully hosted the third monthly meeting of Area 1 at Rani Mahal Banquet, Kathmandu.

Celebrating unity and friendship with the Leo Club of Kathmandu Aksharica, Leo Club of Kathmandu Sunakhari, and Leo Club of Bhaktapur Namaste during our fellowship hike. Breaking the ice, building connections, and celebrating the true spirit of fellowship – this day will stay close to our hearts! ❣️
