واصلتْ وزارة النقل والاتصالات وتقنية المعلومات تنفيذ برنامج "ارتقاء" لتمكين الكفاءات الوطنية في التحول الرقمي؛ بحلقة عمل مُتخصِّصة حول "قيادة التحول والابتكار الرقمي الحكومي"، استهدفتْ رؤساء فرق التحوُّل في الجهات الحكومية، وركَّزت على تعزيز جاهزيتهم لقيادة التغيير بكفاءة، عبر تبنِّي فكر الابتكار، وتطبيق أساليب مرنة في إدارة التحول، وتعزيز التكامل بين المؤسسات، إلى جانب تصميم نماذج حوكمة تدعم التوسع في الحلول الرقمية.

The Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology continues to advance the “Ertiqa” Programme to empower national capabilities in digital transformation. As part of these efforts, a specialised workshop titled “Leading Government Digital Transformation and Innovation” was delivered, targeting heads of digital transformation teams across government entities.
The workshop focused on strengthening their readiness to lead change effectively by fostering an innovation mindset, applying agile approaches to transformation management, enhancing institutional integration, and designing governance models that support the scaling of digital solutions.

نحو تكامل رقمي حكومي أكثر كفاءة واستدامة

نظمت وزارة النقل والاتصالات وتقنية المعلومات حلقة عمل حول "تطوير المنصة الوطنية للتكامل الحكومي" لبناء منظومة حكومية رقمية مُتكاملة ترتكز على الخدمات المدارة وتدعم كفاءة الأداء بحضور عدد من المؤسسات الحكومية.

شهدت الحلقة نقاشات ثرية حول ملامح المشروع، والخطط التنفيذية، والتوجهات المستقبلية للخدمات الرقمية، إلى جانب استعراض التحديثات التقنية والجدول الزمني، وبحث التحديات وسبل معالجتها.




Towards a more efficient and sustainable government digital integration

Highlights from the “Development of the National Government Integration Platform” workshop, held as part of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology efforts to build an integrated digital government ecosystem powered by managed services.
The session explored the project vision, implementation roadmap, technical updates, and future directions of digital services alongside key challenges and collaborative solutions.
