അദ്ദേഹം ജീവിച്ചുനടന്നു കാണിച്ചതായിരുന്നു.
തൻ്റെ സ്വന്തം ജീവിതം കൊണ്ട്, തന്റെ അഴിമതിയില്ലായ്മ കൊണ്ട്, ജനങ്ങൾക്ക് വേണ്ടി എങ്ങും കയറിയിറങ്ങിയ പ്രതിനിധിയായിരുന്നത്!
അധികാരമില്ലാത്ത സമയത്തും വിഎസ് നേതാവായിരുന്നു.
അവസാന കാലം വരെ ജനങ്ങൾക്കൊപ്പം നില്‍ക്കാൻ തയാറായിരുന്നു.
കണ്ണീരുമായിട്ടെങ്കിലും, ആളുകൾ വന്നത് ഒറ്റമനസോടെ…
“കണ്ണേ… കരളേ… വി.എസ്.യേ…” എന്ന് വിളിച്ചത് – രാഷ്ട്രീയ വേദികളിൽ പരിശീലിച്ച മുദ്രാവാക്യം അല്ല…
അത് ഹൃദയത്തിൽ നിന്ന് പുറത്ത് വന്ന ആഴമുണ്ടായ വാക്കുകളാണ്.
അദ്ദേഹം മുന്നിൽ ഇല്ലെങ്കിലും
വിഎസിന്റെ നിലപാടുകൾ ഇപ്പോഴും നമ്മളെ നയിക്കുന്നു.
ഒരു നേതാവ് സ്ഥാനത്തിലിരുന്ന് മുന്നോട്ടു കൊണ്ടുപോയ ശബ്ദം മതി,
എന്നാൽ ഒരു സത്യസന്ധനായ നേതാവ്,
ജനങ്ങൾക്കു വേണ്ടി മാത്രം ജീവിച്ച നേതാവ്
പോകുമ്പോഴും വീണ്ടും തിരിച്ചു വിളിക്കുന്നു.
“മരിച്ചിട്ടില്ല…
അദ്ദേഹം ഇപ്പോഴും ജീവിക്കുന്നു ഞങ്ങളിലൂടെ…”
എന്ന് കോടിക്കണക്കിന് ജനങ്ങൾ പാടുന്നതാകെ വിഎസിന് ലഭിച്ച ഏറ്റവും വലിയ ആദരവാണ്.
നിനക്കൊപ്പം പാർട്ടിയും ജനങ്ങളും നിൽക്കുന്നുണ്ട്,
പക്ഷേ ജനങ്ങളില്ലാതെ ഒരു പാർട്ടി പോലും നിലനിൽക്കില്ല എന്നത് സത്യമാണ്.
ഇത് വിഎസിന്റെ ജീവിതം നമ്മോട് പഠിപ്പിച്ച ശാസ്ത്രം.സഖാവ് വിഎസ് ഒരു ചരിത്രം മാത്രമല്ല,
ഒരു തുടർച്ചയും പ്രതീക്ഷയും ആണെന്നുള്ളത് നമ്മളെ ഓർമിപ്പിക്കുന്നതു തന്നെ.
അദ്ദേഹത്തെ പോലെ പൊരുതാൻ കഴിയില്ലെങ്കിലും,
അദ്ദേഹം പഠിപ്പിച്ച കാര്യമൊക്കെ മനസ്സിൽ സൂക്ഷിക്കാം.
തെറ്റുകൾക്കെതിരെ സംസാരിക്കാം.
സത്യത്തിനായി നിൽക്കാം.
ജനങ്ങൾക്ക് വേണ്ടി ജീവിക്കാം.
സഖാവിന് അനന്തമായ പ്രണാമം…

Our Golden Koinonia Marthoma Church, Ruwi, Oman, was truly blessed to welcome the legendary playback singer KG Markose to our congregation. His soulful presence and heartfelt melodies filled our hearts with joy and devotion. It was an unforgettable experience to witness his divine gift of music uplifting our spirits in worship.
