🌿✨ SME Spotlight | Lufa District ✨🌿
This week we shine a spotlight on one of our very own SMEs in Lufa – promoting nature and community at the Fiamu Lufa Pools! 💧🌊 Just 30 minutes from Goroka town, this hidden gem is a natural river and lagoon cared for by the locals.
Not only is it a refreshing spot for both local and international tourists to enjoy, but it’s also a community-led effort to preserve nature while providing a safe, relaxing space with barbecue areas and security. 🌱🔥
Let’s continue to support local SMEs who are working hard to protect our environment and create unique experiences for everyone. If you’re passing through Lufa, make sure to stop by the Fiamu Pools – a true slice of paradise! 💚

ECR & SME Project Opens Newly Renovated Office
The EHP Coffee Rehabilitation & SME Project recently proudly opened its newly renovated project office at the Commerce Office in North Goroka — a milestone moment for the coffee industry in Eastern Highlands.
The occasion was graced by Eastern Deputy Highlands Provincial Administrator Peter Gare as guest speaker. In his remarks, Mr Gare highlighted that this achievement demonstrates the project’s commitment to giving hope to the people of Goroka through the growth and progression of the coffee industry.
He congratulated Project Manager Mr Stanley Loke and his dedicated team, expressing his delight in seeing the project’s vision come to life.
“This office is more than just a building — it is a hub where opportunities will be created, ideas shared, and support extended to our small SME coffee growers,” Mr Gare said.
The newly opened office will serve as a central facility to coordinate efforts in revitalizing coffee production, supporting local farmers, and driving sustainable growth in the sector.
The event marks an important step forward in empowering local growers and ensuring a brighter future for coffee in Goroka.

Perfection feels safe, doesn’t it?
You tell yourself:
“Once I fix the website…”
“Once I improve the packaging…”
“Once I have better photos…”
But let’s be honest, those delays aren’t strategy, they’re fear dressed up as productivity.
Meanwhile, your less “perfect” competitor is showing up every day. They’re in people’s stories. They’re commenting on posts. They’re DMing past buyers.
They're not waiting to be flawless—they’re focused on being seen.
Actionable tip:
Start showing up consistently, even if your visuals aren’t award-winning yet.
Post a daily tip.
Share one customer review this week.
Talk about a mistake and what it taught you.
You don’t need to be the best, you need to be present, visible, and consistent.
Because the customer can’t buy what they don’t see.
