STREET EVICTION OPERATION CONTINUES IN THE CITY
​Vendors will be removed and makeshift shelters will be destroyed because it has been reported that most of these activities harbor petty criminals. We say they are thugs who steal small things, but they cause harm to innocent people traveling around the city.
​As per directives from the Metropolitan Superintendent (MetSupt), police will continue to remove street vendors. Management has issued directives, and it is now the responsibility of each police station commander to enforce or implement them.
​Therefore, to those vending at undesignated locations: you will become a victim. Before that happens, you must do the right thing—stop vending or move to a designated location

Another ethnic clash between Hela & Enga people here at Rainbow Port Moresby.

This is the second ethnic clash for this week in Port Moresby. The first is between group of people from Hela province vs Kagua, SHP. This second clash is between Hela & Enga.

Our city is a place of law & order and there is no place for unlawful behaviors in the city. Ethnic clash is a primitive & unlawful way of addressing violence.
