The Investment Promotion Authority (IPA) has granted a final 3-month extension for administrative reinstatement of companies removed on 5 December 2023.

🗓 New Deadline: 31 March 2026

After this date, reinstatement will require a National Court application, meaning more time, more cost, and more legal procedures.

Important reminders:

* It is illegal to trade under a removed company name.
* Under Section 373, company assets vest in the Registrar once removed.
* Financial institutions and regulators are expected to enforce compliance.

If your company appears on the removal list, this is your last window to act through administrative reinstatement.

Don’t wait until court action becomes your only option.
