Work and Class Suspension in the Municipality of Aglipay

To ensure the safety and well-being of all residents, work in government offices and classes in all levels, both public and private, within the Municipality of Aglipay are hereby suspended on September 22, 2025 due to Typhoon Nando.

Private establishments are advised to exercise discretion in their operations.

Frontline offices and emergency response units will remain open to provide necessary services.

In line with the agency's commitment to continuous improvement and in preparation for the accreditation of PRIME-HRM Level 2, a one-day Training on Performance Management System (PMS) was successfully conducted today, September 17, 2025, at the Water Sports Complex, Cabarroguis, Quirino.

The training aimed to strengthen the agency’s performance management system and align them with the standards set by the Civil Service Commission.

The one-day training was graced by Director Elpidio Bunagan Jr., who served as the resource speaker. His expertise and practical guidance were well-received by the employees and contributed greatly to the success of the activity.

Aglipay Achieves Maturity Level 2 in Recruitment, Selection and Placement

The Municipality of Aglipay proudly received a Maturity Level 2 (Process Defined) recognition in Recruitment, Selection, and Placement from the Civil Service Commission (CSC) on July 2, 2025. The recognition was awarded through CSC Director Elpidio Bunagan Jr., marking a significant milestone in the municipality’s commitment to professionalizing its human resource practices.
