𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐤𝐞𝐞𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐮𝐩 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐦𝐮𝐬𝐭!

Through the proactive initiative of 𝐒𝐅𝐎𝟒 𝐖𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐂. 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐨, Officer-in-Charge of the Aglipay Fire Station, the dedicated personnel of this station and other participating fire stations within Quirino,
successfully conducted the 2 days 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐋𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈𝐂𝐓 𝐄𝐧𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠.

To make this vision a reality, we partnered with the tech experts from the 𝐐𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐨 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 (𝐐𝐒𝐔) 𝐁𝐒𝐈𝐓 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, led by 𝐃𝐫. 𝐉𝐚𝐲-𝐑 𝐑. 𝐃𝐮𝐥𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐨, 𝐃𝐈𝐓 (𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐫), 𝐌𝐬. 𝐀𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐚 𝐕. 𝐃𝐮𝐥𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐨, and the rest of the hardworking faculty, staff, and OJTs who served as our resource speakers and trainers. They shared invaluable knowledge to help our personnel adapt to modern digital workflows.

𝐀𝐬 𝐦𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐧 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬, our duty goes beyond putting out fires—it also involves mastering administrative and technological systems. By upgrading our digital capabilities, optimizing data management, and enhancing our communication systems, we ensure that our 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐬 𝐬𝐰𝐢𝐟𝐭, 𝐬𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐭, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞.

The Bureau of Fire Protection Region 2 joins the nation in observing the National Flag Days from May 28 to June 12, 2026, as a tribute to the courage, sacrifice, and patriotism of every Filipino who stood for the country’s freedom and dignity.
