Ang dalawang araw na seminar ay naglalayong linangin ang kakayahan, liderato, at kooperasyon ng mga kabataang lider mula sa iba’t ibang paaralan at organisasyon. Sa tulong ng iba’t ibang aktibidad at talakayan, natutunan ng mga kalahok ang kahalagahan ng pakikipag-ugnayan, tamang komunikasyon, at responsableng pamumuno. Naging daan din ito upang mas mapatatag ang kanilang tiwala sa sarili at pagkakaisa bilang kabataan ng kanilang komunidad.

Lubos ang pasasalamat ng mga kinatawan ng 𝚉𝚊𝚛𝚊𝚝𝚊𝚗 𝙴𝚍𝚞𝚌𝚊𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗𝚊𝚕 𝙸𝚗𝚜𝚝𝚒𝚝𝚞𝚝𝚎 sa kanilang 𝚂𝚌𝚑𝚘𝚘𝚕 𝙿𝚛𝚒𝚗𝚌𝚒𝚙𝚊𝚕, 𝙼𝚛. 𝙷𝚎𝚗𝚛𝚢 𝙳. 𝙲𝚎𝚛𝚎𝚣𝚘, sa walang sawang suporta at pagtitiwala na ibinibigay niya sa mga mag-aaral na patuloy na nagpapamalas ng husay at dedikasyon. Ang seminar ay hindi lamang nagturo ng mga kasanayan, kundi nagbigay rin ng pagkakataon upang bumuo ng bagong pagkakaibigan at karanasang hindi malilimutan. Tunay na naging makabuluhan at matagumpay ang pagtitipon ng mga kabataang lider sa ilalim ng layuning linangin ang kanilang kakayahan para sa mas maunlad na kinabukasan.
