Here’s the Basketball Game Schedule for September 6, 2025:

VOLLEYBALL GUIDELINES

🚩1. ELIGIBILITY

*The tournament is open to all biological female participants only, with no age limit.

*All players must be bona fide residents of the
Barangay Manat.

*No imports or players from outside the barangay are allowed.

*Only 8 slots of team can participate in the tournament.

*Each team must pay 150 pesos registration fee.
The deadline for the submission of the team is on September 20, 2025.

🚩2. TEAM COMPOSITION
*Each team may register a maximum of 12 players including the libero.

*Libero cannot be a regular player and vice versa.
Only 3 from Mayor’s Cup players is allowed to play in each team.

*Teams must also designate a Team Captain; a Team Coach is optional.

*Players must wear jersey uniforms with visible numbers from 1 - 99.

*Proper sports attire is required for safety.

🚩3. GAME RULES

*The tournament shall follow the official FIVB rules of volleyball unless otherwise specified.

*A match shall be played in a best-of-three (3) set.
Warm-up time is limited to 10 minutes before the start of the match.

*Teams must be present 15 minutes before the scheduled match time. A 15-minute grace period will be given; failure to show up results in a default.

4. CONDUCT AND DISCIPLINE

*Players and coaches must always observe proper conduct and sportsmanship.

*Unsportsmanlike behavior, including but not limited to fighting, trash talking, or disrespecting referees and tournament staff, may result in warnings, penalties, or disqualification.

*Only the Team Captain is allowed to approach referees for clarification during the game.

🚩5. PROTESTS AND COMPLAINTS

*Any protest verbal or written will be entertained immediately after the game by the tournament committee.

*Only protests concerning eligibility or rule violations will be entertained.

*Decisions made by the tournament committee are final and non-appealable.

🚩6. SCHEDULING AND VENUE

*Game schedules will be prepared and released by the organizing committee. Changes to schedules will be communicated in advance.

*All games will be held at Barangay Manat Gymnasium, Trento, Agusan del Sur.

🚩7. TOURNAMENT PROGRESSION

*A double elimination round for each bracket and team.

*Top 2 teams from each bracket will qualify for the semifinals.

*Semifinals will be crossover format, best-of-three series:

Bracket A #1 vs. Bracket B #2
Bracket B #1 vs. Bracket A #2

*Third Place Match: One-game match between losing semifinalists.

*Championship Match: Best-of-three series between semifinal winners.

*Tiebreaker Rule: In case of a tie during eliminations, a point system will be applied.
