The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Taba-ao proudly participated in the Seminar-Workshop on SK Budget held last October 4–5, 2025 at La Carmela de Boracay Resort Hotel, Boracay Island, Malay, Aklan.

Representing our barangay were:

This training, organized by the Association of Local Budget Officers of Aklan Inc. in cooperation with the Department of Budget and Management Regional Office VI and Aklan Provincial Budget Office, aims to strengthen the capacity of SK officials in planning, managing, and utilizing the youth’s budget efficiently and transparently. 💼📈

• Wear a white shirt during the run 🤍👕
• Bring an extra shirt for after the activity 👚
• You must collect 3 color cloths along the route to validate that you’ve passed all designated spot areas✅

Due to unpredictable weather conditions brought by the typhoon and the unavailability of our venue, the Brgy. Taba-ao Multi-Purpose Hall, which is currently being utilized as an evacuation center, we would like to inform everyone that the Linggo ng Kabataan 2025 celebration and the distribution of Educational Assistance will be rescheduled to September 28, 2025 (Sunday).
This decision was made with the safety and well-being of all Taba-ao youth as our top priority. We sincerely ask for your understanding and consideration regarding this change.
