KALIBO, AKLAN — Exemplifying the DILG core values of being Matino, Mahusay, at Maaasahan, LGOO II Patricia Lisette Villareal successfully presented “The Vibrant Governance Blueprint” on September 15, 2026, as part of the field immersion output under the DILG Local Government Academy’s Apprenticeship Program for LGOOs II and III (Batch 60).

For more than two months, the Municipality of Kalibo served as her training ground where she developed two critical individual outputs: the LGU Operations Observation Report and the Executive Briefing Report. These assessments offer objective, localized, and actionable insights to enhance public service delivery and sustain Kalibo’s standards of excellent governance.

The presentation was conducted in the presence of Mayor Juris B. Sucro and the Municipal Department Heads; OIC-Provincial Director Raymundo D. Palanog (DILG Aklan); LGOO VI Valerie S. Briones (Program Manager); and LGOO VI Debra Lynn I. Romero (MLGOO, DILG Kalibo).
