🔥🧯 FIRE SAFETY INSPECTION AT TIWI PUBLIC MARKET 🧯🔥

Under the leadership of FCSUPT JUNITO F MASLANG, DSC, Regional Director, and the direct supervision of FSUPT NOLITO F BEARIS, Provincial Fire Marshal, Albay, headed by FINSP RAYMUNDO N OLIVER JR, Acting Municipal Fire Marshal, Tiwi Fire Station, the Fire Safety Inspector of Tiwi Fire Station conducted a Fire Safety Inspection at Tiwi Public Market.

The activity was conducted to ensure compliance with the Fire Code of the Philippines (RA 9514) and its Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations, as well as to identify potential fire hazards and promote fire safety among market vendors, stall owners, and the general public.

Under the leadership of FCSUPT JUNITO F MASLANG, DSC, Regional Director, and the direct supervision of FSUPT NOLITO F BEARIS, Provincial Fire Marshal, Albay, headed by FINSP RAYMUNDO N OLIVER JR, Acting Municipal Fire Marshal, Tiwi Fire Station, personnel of Tiwi Fire Station conducted a Fire Drill at Motortrade Nationwide Corp. Tigbi, Tiwi, Albay.

The activity was conducted to strengthen the employees’ preparedness and response capabilities in the event of a fire emergency. It also reinforced proper evacuation procedures, fire safety awareness, and the importance of remaining calm and organized during emergencies.

Under the leadership of FCSUPT JUNITO F MASLANG, DSC, Regional Director, and the direct supervision of FSUPT NOLITO F BEARIS, Provincial Fire Marshal, Albay, headed by FINSP RAYMUNDO N OLIVER JR, Acting Municipal Fire Marshal, Tiwi Fire Station, personnel of Tiwi Fire Station participated in the Traditional Monday Flag Raising Ceremony and received a Certificate of Commendation.

The personnel also conducted Rank Inspection and Troop Information and Education (T.I.E.) Day as part of the station’s continuing efforts to promote discipline, professionalism, accountability, and continuous learning among its personnel.

During the T.I.E. session, FO2 Bolaños emphasized that firefighters, like everyone else, may sometimes make wrong decisions or mistakes in the course of their duties. However, making a mistake should not be the end of one’s growth within the station. Instead, mistakes should serve as opportunities to reflect, learn, improve, and become better firefighters and public servants.

The activity featured five (5) interactive stations:

🔹 Station 2 – CPR
🔹 Station 3 – Disaster Preparedness
🔹 Station 4 – Firefighting Techniques
🔹 Station 5 – Splinting and Bandaging

The Tiwi Fire Station extends its sincere appreciation to Tiwi Agro-Industrial School for actively participating in the activity and to MDRRMO-Tiwi for facilitating Station 2 CPR & Station 3 – Disaster Preparedness.
