By virtue of Proclamation No.109, s.1936. the National Book Week is to be celebrated from Nov.24 to 30 of each year. This year's theme "Read, Reread, Relive!" with the primary goal to revive the genuine passion and live for reading daily and turn reading into a reading with a real purpose.
