INTERFACING OF DILG ALBAY WITH LGU OFFICIALS ON LGSF-FALGU PROJECTS
The DILG Albay Provincial Office headed by Provincial Director Ray B. Caceres conducted an interfacing with LGU officials on the status of the implementation of the LGSF-FALGU projects of the Municipality. The conference was held on August 19, 2024 at the Mayor’s Conference Hall. In attendance were Mun. Administrator Michael Bansale, MPDC Engr. Balidoy, Mun. Accountant Ma’am Judith Las Piñas, Mun. Engr. Charl Julluis Balbin, Engr. Espie Cuya Bedar, LGOO VI Susan Emce B. Santiago and the members of the PDMU team were also present.
The status of the projects were presented and the recommendations were made to comply with the timeline and administrative requirements.

SGLG PROVINCIAL ASSESSMENT
The DILG Albay Provincial Office conducted the Seal of Good Local Governance for Barangay (SGLGB) assessment for the potential passers of Sto Domingo, Albay last August 6, 2024. The team was spearheaded by Provincial Director Ray B. Caceres, CESO V and Local Government Monitoring & Evaluation Section Chief LGOO V Jerus G. Merenciano and staff. The SGLGB is a performance assessment and recognition system designed to distinguish barangays with outstanding performance across various governance areas.
Five barangays namely: Sto Domingo, Fidel Surtida, San Andres, San Roque & Del Rosario were selected to undergo the assessment. These barangays were declared as potential passers by DILG SDA subject to further assessment & validation by the DILG Albay Provincial Office.

DILG - ALBAY ON-SITE INSPECTION OF LGSF-FALGU PROJECT
The DILG Albay Provincial Office thru the Project Development Management Unit conducted the site-inspection of various projects under the 2023 LGSF ( Local Government Support Fund)- FALGU on July 12, 2024. The team was spearheaded by Engr. Espie Cuya - Bedar with Engr. Simoun John Elmer G. Santidad and LGOO VI Susan Emce B. Santiago, Engr. Charl Jullius D. Balbin, Mun. Engineer, assisted the inspection team. The following projects were inspected: Construction of Municipal Building & Improvement of Slaughterhouse
The status of the projects were presented and the recommendations were made to comply with the timeline and administrative requirements.
