𝐂𝐁𝐃𝐑𝐏 𝐔𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 | Strengthening support through proper guidance and coordination.

CBDR Program Manager Ms. Leah Tamse assisted the parents of a client by providing guidance on the proper process and legal procedures concerning their son’s case. The family was also given relevant information and clarification to help them better understand the situation and the necessary steps to take.

We would also like to extend our sincere gratitude to CINSP Jimmy V. Topia, Jail Warden of the Ormoc City Jail-Male Dormitory, for the assistance and information extended during the coordination.

Through collaboration and proper guidance, CBDRP continues to support families and clients toward recovery, rehabilitation, and reintegration into the community.

Coordination Meeting | May 18, 2026

A productive coordination meeting was conducted between the personnel of the Albuera Municipal Police Station headed by PMAJ Franklin Romeo M. Parangan Jr. and the MADAC Focal Person Ms. Leah L. Tamse regarding the proper delisting process of drug personalities in the municipality.

The meeting focused on strengthening collaboration, ensuring proper documentation and validation procedures, and upholding transparency and accountability in the implementation of anti-illegal drug programs. Discussions also highlighted the importance of rehabilitation, monitoring, and community-based interventions as part of the municipality’s continuing commitment to a drug-free, peaceful, and progressive community.

This initiative is fully supported by Mayor Rolan E. Espinosa, whose administration continuously advocates for stronger peace and order programs, community safety, and sustainable anti-drug efforts through inter-agency cooperation and grassroots governance.

Through unity, commitment, and cooperation among stakeholders, the Local Government Unit and law enforcement agencies remain steadfast in promoting public safety, responsible governance, and a safer future for the people of Albuera.
