The Barangay Local Government Unit (BLGU) of Julio Ouano, Alegria, Surigao del Norte is pleased to inform all residents and stakeholders that we now have our official barangay email address for faster and more efficient communication.

Through this email, residents and partner agencies may send official concerns, inquiries, requests, and coordination with the barangay office.

BARANGAY STATEMENT

In accordance with DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2026-006 (Anti-Epal Policy), this is to officially inform the general public that the new and official template for all Barangay-issued documents of Barangay Julio Ouano, Alegria, Surigao del Norte, including but not limited to Barangay Clearance, Barangay Certificate, and other related certifications is hereby adopted and implemented.

This measure is in compliance with the Anti-Epal Policy to ensure standardization, neutrality, authenticity, and to avoid issues and other irrelevant concerns regarding Barangay documents.

The implementation of the said official template shall take effect starting February 2026.
