Global handwashing day is an international hand washing promotion campaign. Each year on October 15, it is celebrated to remind us about the importance of handwashing with soap and water, especially during the key times throughout the day.

Spread the word that handwashing with soap and doing it correctly is the easiest, most effective, and affordable way to prevent diseases."Sama-samang ikaway ,Malilinis na kamay!"

Another productive week!

Walang mas mainam na panahon upang mag-develop ng hobbies at skills ang mga bata kundi simula pa lamang sa una. Ang kindergarten ang unang hakbang ng edukasyon na matatanggap ng mga bata at ito ang panahon upang mag-introduce ng mga bagay na kanilang kagigiliwan.

Ang pagbabasa ng libro ay hindi lamang makabubuti sa pag-aaral ng mga bata kundi ito rin ay mainam na hobby dahil bukod sa ito ay nakakalibang, maraming aral ang mapupulot ng mga bata dito.

Kasabay ng tamang paggabay at enthusiasm sa pagbabasa, malaki ang papel ng mga magulang at g**o sa paggawa ng positibong karanasan para sa mga bata sa pagbasa at maging hakbang ito sa pagbuo ng hilig sa libro ng mga learners.

BAYANIHAN 2 FOR BASIC EDUCATION (BBE) ALLOWANCES PROGRAM IN SDO ILOCOS SUR

SDO Ilocos Sur released allowances of the 2nd batch BAYANIHAN 2 Basic Education (BBE) for public schools learners today July 21,2021. The eligible recipients were evaluated by SDO Ilocos Sur and endorsed to the Government Assistance and Subsidies-Program Management Office (GAS-PMO). Eight eligible learners are from Alilem District (4 elem, 4 secondary).

One of the recipients is Ian D. Balanban, a learner from Apaya ES who received Php 3,000.00 cash allowance. "Dakkel ti panagyaman mi iti daytoy a programa ti DepEd ta naikkan kami ti mangtulong kadakami aglalo tatta a tiempo ta haan kami makailako kadagiti nateng ta narigat ti sasaaden tayo tatta a panawen".Mr. Balanban said after they received the cash allowance.

Sir Nestor Heraña, ASDS of Ilocos Sur, Engr. Teddy Quiba, Sir Edlyn Arranz, Ma'am Rosalinda Cardenas and Ma'am Asuncion Piano distributed the cash allowances to the recipients.

Aside from distribution of cash allowances, Sir Jorge M. Reinante, SDS of Ilocos Sur, Atty. Percival Nicholas Tan and Sir Julimar Buquing came to visit to address the EOSY concerns.
