Early this March of 2023, the Center for Renewable Energy, Automation and Fabrication Technology (CRAFT) and DOST Caraga have conducted an internal meeting and discussion to finalize the Packaging and Labelling Innovation Center (PLIC) 2023 Calendar. This preparation aligns with the planned-out various capability development in Caraga Region on packaging and labeling technology to enhance the quality and safety of products developed by MSMEs and FICs.

On February 9, 2023. The students of Libertad National High School visited the Caraga Fabrication Laboratory (FABLAB) as well as the Packaging and Labeling Innovation Center (PLIC) of the Center for Renewable Energy, Automation and Fabrication Technologies (CRAFT). The purpose of their visit is for their Research Immersion Activity. Thus, demos for the machines and equipment were presented by the FabLab Manager and also the CRAFT Director himself, Engr. Ronieto N. Mendoza together with the help of FABLAB's Interns and Student Assistants.
