The Human Resource Management Office (HRMO), headed by Sir Paul Belen, successfully conducted an Orientation on the SALN 2025 and the Revised Personal Data Sheet (PDS) 2025 for barangay officials and employees of LGU-Amulung.
The activity aimed to reiterate the guidelines and highlight the important aspects of the updated SALN form and PDS, ensuring that all concerned personnel are properly guided in accomplishing these essential documents with accuracy, transparency, and accountability.
Through the engaging and insightful discussions of Sir Paul Belen and Sir Rovin Superal, participants gained a clear, practical, and comprehensive understanding of the processes, requirements, and significance of both the SALN and PDS.
Special thanks to all barangay officials and LGU employees who actively participated in this event. Your presence and cooperation contributed to the success of this activity. Likewise, heartfelt appreciation is extended to the HRMO staff who diligently served as the secretariat and ensured the smooth flow of the program.

HRMO Amulung Joins Online SALN Orientation Seminar
The Human Resource Management Office (HRMO) of the Municipality of Amulung, headed by Sir Paul Belen, successfully participated in the online Seminar on Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth (SALN) Orientation on January 23, 2026, conducted by the Philippine Civil Service Institute (PCSI).
This activity forms part of HRMOโs continuous efforts to strengthen awareness and compliance with government rules and regulations on SALN filing, promoting transparency and accountability in public service.
A great thanks to the knowledge shared by Assistant Commissioner Ariel G. Ronquillo.

๐ง๐๐ก๐๐ก๐๐ก | Isinagawa ng Lokal na Pamahalaan ng Amulung ang orientation para sa mga immersion students mula sa Bayabat National High School โ La Suerte Extension at Baculud National High School na ide-deploy sa ibaโt ibang tanggapan at departamento ng munisipyo.
Isinagawa ang aktibidad upang ihanda ang mga mag-aaral sa kanilang itatalagang tungkulin sa loob ng LGU at mabigyan sila ng mas malinaw na kaalaman hinggil sa mga patakaran, pananagutan, at tamang asal sa isang propesyonal na kapaligiran.
Ang immersion program na ito ay bahagi at requirement ng kanilang curriculum, na nagbibigay sa mga estudyante ng aktuwal na karanasan sa trabaho at pagkakataong mailapat sa praktikal na sitwasyon ang kanilang mga natutunan sa paaralan.
Dumalo at nagbigay ng mensahe ng suporta si Municipal Mayor Hon. Elpidio R. Rendon, na hinikayat ang mga mag-aaral na gamitin ang pagkakataong ito upang matuto, magpakita ng disiplina, at magsikap sa kanilang mga itinalagang tungkulin. Kasama rin sa aktibidad si Sangguniang Bayan Member Hon. Amor Pasimio at HRMO Head Sir Paul Belen, na nagbahagi ng mahahalagang paalala hinggil sa workplace conduct at mga inaasahan sa mga immersion students.
Ang naturang orientation ay patunay ng patuloy na suporta ng LGU Amulung sa mga programang pang-edukasyon na naglalayong hubugin ang kabataan bilang responsableng mamamayan at handa sa hinaharap na propesyon.

The Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection Board (HRMPSB) successfully conducted the 5th and final day of interviews for the various plantilla positions in the LGU.
The Human Resource Management Office (HRMO) sincerely appreciates the time, dedication, and efforts of the HRMPSB members and the secretariat throughout the entire selection process.
We would also like to extend our appreciation to all the brilliant applicants who participated and gave their best during the interviews.
During this final day, the Board interviewed the applicants for the position of Local Legislative Staff Officer I.
