At about 9:00 AM on September 28, 2026, PLTCOL MERLYN C MONDIA, Provincial Chief, together with PSSg Mary Grace N Omane, Admin PNCO/Polygraph Examiner, conducted lecture regarding Crime Scene Awareness and Preservation, Nihilistic, and Career Counseling to three hundred sixty (360) criminology and industrial security students of University of Antique (main campus), Sibalom, Antique. The activity aimed to enhance the students’ knowledge and awareness of proper crime scene preservation, provide insights into the nihilistic perspective, and guide them in making informed career choices, particularly in the field of law enforcement and forensic science

🟢 1. Stay in Groups: There is safety in numbers! Walk with friends in the hallways, during recess, or on the way to school.
🔵 2. Be Assertive: Use a clear, confident voice. Look them in the eye and say a firm "NO" to teasing.
🟡 3. Report Bullying: Don't keep it a secret. Immediately tell a trusted adult like a teacher, school counselor, or parent.
🔴4. Be a Buddy: Look out for others. If you see someone being picked on, lift them, include them, and show empathy.
🟠 5. Ignore & Walk Away: Bullies look for a reaction. Don't give them one—keep moving and walk away with your head held high.
