Bilang pagsunod sa Republic Act No. 10054 ukon ang Motorcycle Helmet Act of 2009 kag Municipal Traffic Ordinance of 2024, ang aton LGU magastrikto sa pag-implementar kang NO HELMET, NO TRAVEL policy umpisa sa rum-an, July 16, 2025.

Ang tanan nga motorcycle riders kag mga angkas ang ginarequire nga magsuksok kang STANDARD PROTECTIVE HELMETS kon magbyahe sa mga pampubliko nga dalanon kang ang aton banwa.

Ang aton kapulisan sa Tobias Fornier Municipal Police Station ang may autoridad sa pagpatuman kang dya nga laye paagi sa mga checkpoint kag monitoring. May nagakaigo nga MULTA para sa mga violators.

Ang pagsuksok kang helmet makadepensa sa aton ulo kon maaksidente kita sa motorsiklo kag makalikaw kanaton sa kamatayon.

Sundon ta ang pagsuksok kang helmet kag pirme maghalong sa byahe.
