Introducing SK Semirara NegoSyo Youth Kart!

On August 19, 2025, SK Semirara launched a meaningful livelihood program called "Tulong Pangkabuhayan para sa Kabataang Semiraranhons" at the Barangay Semirara Gymnasium. This program aims to empower seven young beneficiaries from various sectors including solo parents, out-of-school youth, working students, and youth from low-income families by helping them start their own small businesses.

Beneficiaries:
1. Rizalyn Tugagao – Street Foods Negosyo Package
2. Jennalyn Princess Abit – Street Foods Negosyo Package
3. Jessa Macasalabang – Street Foods Negosyo Package
4. Joan Vilbar – Street Foods Negosyo Package
5. Jissa Mie Malaluan – Grocery Negosyo Package
6. Noralyn Borin – Grocery Negosyo Package
7. Juvilyn Policarpio – Frozen Foods Negosyo Package

The successful distribution of the livelihood carts was made possible through the collective effort. This initiative by SK Semirara was led by the Committee on Livelihood, chaired by SK Hon. Lucy Pascual, with the dedicated support of her member SK Mark Ian Madural, both of whom are deeply committed to uplifting the dreams of Semiraranhon youth. Full support was also given by the SK Semirara Council under the leadership of Hon. Lemuel B. Biloza, whose guidance was instrumental in the program’s success.

Joining the distribution were our ever supportive Barangay Captain Hon. Catherine G. Lim and Barangay Kagawad Rhea Marie G. Lim. SK Semirara extends heartfelt gratitude to the Barangay Local Government Unit of Semirara for their unwavering support. Special thanks also to the Environmental Department, Motorpool Department, and Punong Barangay Staff for their assistance in preparation and logistics.

To the young entrepreneurs of Barangay Semirara keep pushing forward, embrace every challenge, and turn each obstacle into a stepping stone.
