PamSU students are invited to take part in the CHED Student Rapid Feedback Survey. The survey aims to gather insights about students’ experiences with flexible learning (accessibility, appropriateness, and viability) in the middle of the current crisis.

This survey is conducted in response to the State of National Energy Emergency declared under the Executive Order No. 110., s. 2026 and CHED Memorandum from the Office of the Chairperson (MOC) No. 117, s. 2026.

Announcement for 1st Year CoEd Applicants – Apalit Campus

Interview Schedule of PSU Apalit Campus College of Education:
- The interview schedule of applicants for College of Education programs in Apalit will be from April 8, 2026 to April 30, 2026.
- Applicants may submit themselves for an interview every Wednesday and Thursday from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
- Please bring a copy of your grades.

BASC and Pampanga State University Sign Memorandum of Agreement to Strengthen Academic Collaboration

A Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) was formally signed between Bulacan Agricultural State College (BASC) and Pampanga State University (PampangaStateU) on March 10, 2026, at the 3rd Floor Audio-Visual Room (AVR) of the Library Services Office.

The agreement also involved the Pampanga State University – Apalit Campus, represented by its Campus Director, Mark Anthony A. Castro, ECE, PhD. The partnership aims to foster collaboration in various areas such as academic programs, research initiatives, extension services, and capacity-building activities for both institutions.
The event was attended by the different campus directors of Pampanga State U and Librarians, highlighting the shared commitment of the institutions to enhance educational opportunities and promote innovation in teaching, research, and community development.

Pampanga State University continues to expand academic services to provide accessible and quality education to students across Pampanga and nearby provinces.

Through this newly established partnership, both institutions expressed optimism that collaborative programs and shared expertise will lead to stronger academic linkages and further advancement of education and research in the region.

The MOA signing symbolizes the commitment of BASC and Pampanga State U to work together in developing innovative educational initiatives that will benefit students, faculty, and the broader community.
