• Venue: SDO Conference Hall, SDO Apayao, Capagaypayan, Luna, Apayao

⚠️ Important Reminders for Applicants
• Arrival: You are advised to be at the venue 30 minutes before the scheduled assessment.
• Punctuality: The HRMPSB strictly follows the schedule. Latecomers will no longer be accommodated or granted a new schedule.
• Requirements: Bring your own pen and original copies of your documents for verification and evaluation.

3. Photocopy of valid/updated PRC License/ID.
4. Photocopy of Certificate of Eligibility/Ratings.
5. Photocopy of Scholastic/Academic Records (TOR and Diploma).
6. Photocopy of Certificates of Training.
7. Photocopy of Certificate of Employment, Contract of Service, or Service Record.
8. Photocopy of Performance Rating for the last rating period (if applicable).
9. Checklist of Requirements and Omnibus Sworn Statement.

📣JUST IN: DepEd issues Guidelines on the Grant of Wellness Leave

The Department of Education (DepEd) has released the DepEd Order No. 002, s. 2026 – Guidelines on the Grant of Wellness Leave for the Department of Education Personnel.

All eligible DepEd employees, including teachers and directly engaged Contract of Service (COS) and Job Order (JO) personnel, can avail themselves of the Wellness Leave (WL) for mental health care, physical activities, or a general break for a maximum of five (5) days, pursuant to Civil Service Commission (CSC) Memorandum Circular (MC) No. 01, s. 2026.

🌱 Ultimately, this policy acknowledges the critical role of mental health and well-being, providing DepEd personnel with the necessary flexibility to prioritize self-care without exhausting their existing leave credits.
