LOOK: Today April 2, 2026 MDRRMC response cluster continiously activated its Emergency Operation Center as well as concerned BDRRMCs towards the observance of Semana Santa and Summer Vacation. Said council monitored ICPs to ensure safety and security of the community.

LOOK: Yesterday April 1, 2026; MDRRMC response cluster activated its Emergency Operation Center code Blue alert in observance for Semana Santa and Summer Vacation. They monitored established ICPs within area of responsibility to ensure safety and security of the community.

Pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 1006, s. 2025 and Memorandum Circular No. 116, s. 2026 of the Office of the President, please be guided by the following schedule of the Municipal Government of Luna, Apayao and all its offices:

01 April: Holy Wednesday, 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠-𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢-𝙝𝙤𝙢𝙚 arrangement at 7:00am-12:00nn and 𝙣𝙤 𝙤𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠𝙨 at 12:01pm onwards

02 April: Maundy Thursday, 𝙣𝙤 𝙤𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠𝙨

03 April: Good Friday, 𝙣𝙤 𝙤𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠𝙨

04 April: Holy Saturday, 𝙣𝙤 𝙤𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠𝙨

05 April: Easter Sunday, 𝙣𝙤 𝙤𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠𝙨

LOOK! : Today 12 March 2026, LUNA MDRRMC Respose Cluster Team (MDRRMO, Luna MPS, Luna-BFP, Phil. Red Coss Apayao Chapter, other volunteers) together with the Health Response Team of Far North Luzon General Hospital and Training Center
Joined the 1st Quarter National Simultenious Earthquake Drill (NSED) cm Fire Drill at FNLGHTC, Quirino, Apayao. Short Information Education Campaign (IEC) on earthquake drill and fire drill was also conducted to the participants.

This activity aims to enhance earthquake and fire preparedness as well as disaster response capabilities.

Forecast Summary:

WEEK 1 (DECEMBER 02, 2025 - DECEMBER 08, 2025)

🔴 Sa kasalukuyan, nananatili sa loob ng kanlurang bahagi ng PAGASA Monitoring Domain (PMD) ang Bagyong KOTO (formerly "Verbena").

🔴 Bukod pa rito, isang Tropical Clyclone-like Vortex (TCLV1) ang posibleng mabuo sa silangang bahagi ng Tropical Cyclone Advisory Domain (TCAD) at inaasahan na kikilos papasok ng Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) at tatahakin ang Dinagat – Visayas – Southern Luzon area.

🔴 Mataas na ang tyansa na ito ay mabuo bilang isang bagyo sa unang linggo ng forecast period (Week-1).

WEEK 2 (DECEMBER 09, 2025 - DECEMBER 15, 2025)

🔴 Para naman sa ikalawang linggo ng forecast period (Week-2), ang TCLV1 na ito ay tatahakin ang Mindoro – Northern Palawan area bago lumabas ng PAR at nananatiling mataas ang tyansa na ito ay mabuo bilang isang bagyo.

🔴 Dahil dito, nakataas ang TC Threat Potential sa loob ng forecast period.
