FLAG RAISING CEREMONY
The personnel of the Apayao Police Provincial Office led by PLTCOL OLIVER B PANABANG, Officer In-Charge, together with personnel from the 1st Apayao Provincial Mobile Force Company (APMFC) and Provincial Support Units, actively participated in the Flag Raising Ceremony held at the Apayao Provincial Capitol, San Isidro Sur, Luna, Apayao, on June 1, 2026.
The ceremony served as a meaningful expression of patriotism, unity, and commitment to public service. It also reinforced the dedication of government officials and personnel to uphold their responsibilities with integrity, professionalism, and accountability in serving the people of Apayao.

ππ‘ π£ππ’π§π’π¦ | The National Police Commission β Cordillera Administrative Region (NAPOLCOM-CAR), led by Mr. Kurt Alfred L. Laza, Police Inspector III, conducted the CY 2026 Inspection, Assessment, and Monitoring at the Apayao Police Provincial Office on May 29, 2026.
The activity was undertaken to assess and evaluate the officeβs compliance with existing policies, operational preparedness, personnel management, records administration, and the implementation of various PNP programs, plans, and directives. The inspection also served as a mechanism to ensure efficiency, accountability, and adherence to established standards in police service operations.
During the activity, all issued fi****ms of personnel were thoroughly inspected and verified to ensure proper accountability, maintenance, documentation, and compliance with existing rules and regulations governing the issuance and custody of fi****ms.
The conduct of the inspection and monitoring underscores NAPOLCOM-CARβs continuing commitment to strengthening organizational discipline, professionalism, transparency, and operational readiness in support of effective and quality public service.

The Regional Internal Affairs ServiceβCordillera Administrative Region (RIAS-CAR) Team, led by PCOL FABIANO B SUDARIO JR., Director, RIAS-CAR, along with Apqyao PIAS led by PMAJ MARCOS I NABOCYAG JR, Provincial Superintendent successfully conducted a Proactive Inspection at the Apayao Police Provincial Office (PPO) under the leadership of PCOL REGUEL B SANTAMARIA, Provincial Director, on May 29, 2026.
The activity commenced with a comprehensive accountability check of all personnel assigned at Apayao PPO. Compliance with the Philippine National Police (PNP) Letter of Instruction (LOI) βTamang Bihisβ was carefully evaluated, underscoring the importance of proper grooming and prescribed uniform as manifestations of discipline, professionalism, and pride in service. Personnel identification cards and Automated Teller Machine (ATM) cards were likewise inspected to ensure adherence to existing policies and regulations.
Moreover, issued fi****ms were subjected to thorough inspection, while mobility assets and office facilities were assessed to determine the operational readiness and capability of Apayao PPO in delivering responsive and effective police services to the community.
