For today's menu is Pancit Guisado, it is a classic Filipino stir-fried noodle dish. "Bihon" refers to the thin, hair-like rice noodles (or rice sticks) used as the main ingredient, while "guisado" means sautéed or stir-fried.

Children were enjoying making their own keyring using beads and they read a books afterward. ♥️♥️♥️

For today's menu is Palabok. Palabok consist of rice noodles (bihon) smothered in a savory, bright orange shrimp-based sauce, typically topped with crushed pork cracklings (chicharon) and egg.

Majority of the volunteered cook were busy today and having their own family summer outing. So we decided to prepare a simple bread pan with cheese filling and a drink for the children 😊

For today's menu is turon and juice. Turon is a popular Filipino snack or dessert made of
sliced saba bananas wrapped in a spring roll wrapper, then fried until golden and coated in caramelized brown sugar.

The childrens enjoyed the Turon because of its sweetness from the caramelized sugar. Thank you for all the sponsor (from Jack and the Beanstalk) and volunteers of the feeding program. ♥️

Today we decided to prepare a simple snack such as Bread and drinks for the feeding program. (bread is consist of cheesebread and mojako bread)

I'm sorry for not posting any pictures of bread, the children loves the snack and drinks. Thank you for all the sponsor and volunteers of feeding program.
