October 5, 2026 - The Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) of the Municipality of Ayungon, Negros Oriental, successfully conducted the Pre-Bid Conference for the following infrastructure projects under the respective Bid IDs:
🔹 BID ID No. 2026-09-48 – Construction of Public Comfort Toilets (Genderized, Gender-Neutral, Designed for Senior Citizens and PWDs) at the Municipal Park, Barangay Poblacion
🔹 BID ID No. 2026-09-49 – Improvement of Multi-Purpose Hall, Barangay Tiguib
🔹 BID ID No. 2026-09-50 – Rehabilitation/Improvement of Municipal Streets, Barangay Poblacion
🔹 BID ID No. 2026-09-51 – Concreting of Pathwalk at Sitio Ponglo from Kang Impot, Barangay Jandalamanon
🔹 BID ID No. 2026-09-52 – Construction of Barangay Iniban Multi-Purpose Hall
🔹 BID ID No. 2026-09-53 – Multi-Purpose Building Improvement, Barangay Maaslum
The Pre-Bid Conference provided prospective bidders with the opportunity to clarify the bidding requirements, technical specifications, scope of work, and other important provisions of the bidding documents to promote transparency, fair competition, and a clear understanding of the projects prior to the submission of bids.
