We, the KKDAT Habay II and SK Habay II appreciate the PNP's determination despite the bad weather and we also appreciate their contribution that enlightened, embrace and develop one's thinking about the adverse and tremendous effects of illegal drugs.

- Age must be 15-30 years old
- Must be resident of Barangay Habay II
- Must submit any proof of residency of Barangay Habay II.

(ex. Any valid id, barangay clearance)
