FARMERS AND FISHERFOLKS DAY 2026. The Office of the City Agriculturist successfully held the Farmers and Fisherfolks Day 2026 on February 19, 2026, at the RTNHS Gym.

The activity recognized the hard work and important contributions of the city’s farmers and fisherfolks in sustaining food security and supporting the local economy.

The celebration featured various activities including Pinakabug-at nga Inid, Bayo Disig, Pilit Cooking Contest, Quiz Bee (Face-off: Harvest and Tide), and Kinilaw nga Isda (Sud-an ukon Sumsuman).

This activity forms part of the 60th Charter Anniversary celebration themed “Better, Brighter, Bago @60.”
