School was hard, the days were long, you felt weak but you stayed strong. problems came from every side, but you still held hope inside.

You are brave for standing here, for fighting through the hardest year. you kept going, step by step, even when you wanted rest.

This is for you- the youngest one, who never quits, who won't be undone. may you find peace, may you find light, may tomorrow treat you right.

Mirage Within

I ran off into the dark alley,
A strange thing chasing after me.
My breath was rigid; I sensed my fear,
As I could feel he was so near.

"Run, run, run as fast as you can!
I will chase you, my little one."
It creeped me out — I cried so loud,
The voice echoed, an eerie sound.

I was so tired, I couldn't feel my feet.
I closed my eyes, I covered my ears.
Counted to three — suddenly, he was gone.
As I opened my eyes, I saw no one.

I let out a sigh — it was all a lie,
An enigmatic scene created by my mind.
The truth is, I'm lying in my bed,
Tormented by fragments of the past I can't forget.

WHO I BECAME AFTER YOU

I gave my all, but lost my way,
In loving you, I slipped away.
You held my heart, then let it fall,
Now I rise—no longer small.

Your silence carved a different me,
Not soft, not weak—but finally free.
The tears I cried have cleared my sight,
No more dim, I walk in light.

I loved, I lost, I learned to heal,
To trust again, to truly feel.
This broken heart, though torn apart,
Built the fire inside my heart.

So thank you for the pain you gave—
It taught me how to misbehave.
Not cruel, but wise—I finally see:
I lost you… but I found me.

The taste of Love

Love is like a fine wine
Addictive in a long time
One sip and you're forever bound,
Drunk on dreams where hearts are crowned.

It channels the melody of heaven,
A song through stars and silence given.
It lifts the soul on wings unseen,
To dance where only love has been.

No bitter note, no final pour,
Just echoes knocking on forever's door.
In love we taste the skies divine,
An endless toast in God's design.

A delicate dance, a fragile pace
Between love's warmth and anger's space
One step forward, one step back
A balance that our hearts attack

In the heat of the moment's fire
Love and anger conspire
To ignite a flame that's hard to tame
And leave our hearts with scars to claim

The line between love and anger blurs
As emotions swirl and hearts endure
The weight of words, the sting of pain
A fragile bond that may remain

Can we find the balance true?
Between love's kindness and anger's hue
Or will our hearts forever roam
Torn between love and anger's home?

# A Lost Love

I remember the day we met like it was yesterday. You walked into my life with a smile that lit up the entire room. I was lost in your eyes, and I knew in that moment, I'd spend the rest of my life trying to make you happy.

But life had other plans, didn't it? It took you away from me, and I'm left with just memories of what we had.

I replay our conversations, our laughter, and our tears in my head, wondering what I could've done differently. Was it something I said? Something I did? Or was it just fate's cruel joke?

You were my everything, my reason for waking up in the morning. Without you, the world feels empty, hollow. Every sunrise feels like a sunset, a reminder that our time together is gone.

I wish I could turn back time, hold you closer, and tell you how much I loved you. But life doesn't give us do-overs, does it?

All I have left is this aching heart, this longing for what could've been. I hope you're at peace, wherever you are. I'll carry you with me always, in the memories we made and the love we shared.

Eager to learn to chase the goal.

We grow, we learn, and take a stand.

July 22, 2025, marked the 1st event SLC participated in. The extensive efforts of officers and members to keep our booth alive and well are an admirable feat.

Our aim in this club is to gather people with the same enthusiasm for literature and to welcome them to the world of books! We were able to sell books as well as some bookmarks that many took an interest in. We are grateful to the fellow bookworms who registered and helped showcase the potential of our club!
