On September 8, 2026, the Office of the Provincial Human Resource Management Officer conducted its 3rd Quarter Learning and Development Intervention entitled β€œModeling the Public Service Values of the Provincial Government of Bataan”. The training featured two resource speakers from Bataan Peninsula State University (BPSU), namely, Dr. Ronald Quinto, Head of the Institute of Public Administration and Governance (IPAG), and Mr. Eric Lopez, a faculty member of IPAG.

The seminar focused on introducing and strengthening the participants’ understanding of the core Public Service Values of PIES (Patriotism, Integrity, Excellence, and Spirituality) and their relevance to ethical and effective public service. The learning intervention utilized a combination of lecture-discussion and experiential activities, emphasizing that public service values should extend beyond theoretical understanding and be demonstrated through the participants’ everyday actions, decisions, and interactions as public servants.

Suspendido ang face-to-face classes bukas, Huwebes, ika-20 ng Agosto, sa lahat ng antas ng mga pampubliko at pribadong paaralan sa Lalawigan ng Bataan, alinsunod sa Memorandum Circular No. 131 ng MalacaΓ±ang. Hinihikayat ang mga paaralan na ipatupad ang kanilang Alternative Learning Modes tulad ng online o modular.

Samantala, ipatutupad naman ang alternative work arrangements sa mga tanggapan ng pamahalaan sa Bataan. Maaari ring magpasya ang mga LGU sa nararapat na work arrangement sa kanilang nasasakupan, alinsunod sa Memorandum Circular ng MalacaΓ±ang.

Patuloy namang magbibigay-serbisyo ang mga ahensyang nangangasiwa sa basic at health services, disaster preparedness and response, at iba pang mahahalagang serbisyo.

Ang suspension o alternative work arrangements sa pribadong sektor ay nasa pagpapasya ng kani-kanilang management.
