Women's Month 2026

Nurse Maria Lagrimas C. Calapati, RN, LPT and Nurse Abiezer C. De Guzman, RN conducted the evaluation of the Oplan Kalusugan sa DepEd at Sucol Elementary School aiming to assess the implementation of various health programs in the school, including nutrition, hygiene, and other health-related initiatives. During the evaluation, the nurses reviewed the school's health records, facilities, and ongoing programs to ensure that health standards and guidelines set by the Department of Education are properly implemented. The evaluation also provided an opportunity to strengthen the school's efforts in promoting the health and well-being of learners.

Sub-Theme: Lead Like the Babaylans, Filipinas!

Sucol ES joins the month-long celebration that highlights collective action for gender equality and celebrates women’s leadership inspired by the babaylans — respected community leaders in pre-colonial Philippine society.

Buong pusong nakikiisa ang Sucol Elementary School sa pagdiriwang ng National Arts Month ngayong buwan ng Pebrero. Kinikilala natin ang kahalagahan ng sining bilang mahalagang bahagi ng edukasyon at paghubog sa kakayahan, pagkamalikhain, at pagpapahalaga sa kulturang Pilipino ng ating mga mag-aaral.

Ang sining—mapa-musikang, sayaw, pagguhit, teatro, o panitikan—ay nagsisilbing makapangyarihang daluyan ng pagpapahayag ng damdamin, kaisipan, at identidad. Sa pamamagitan nito, mas napauunlad natin ang tiwala sa sarili, disiplina, at pakikipagtulungan ng bawat bata.
