ππππππππ, Acting District Jail Warden, joined the Traditional Monday Flag Raising Ceremony at the LGU Ballesteros Municipal Grounds, together with LGU employees, national agencies, and other uniformed personnel.
Meanwhile, the same activity was also conducted at Ballesteros District Jail with the participation of duty personnel and Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL). JO2 Edward N Dadufalza, Desk Officer delivered todays value focused about βRefinement in human dealingsβ, βRefinement in human dealings means treating other people with respect, kindness, and courtesy. It is not about being rich or highly educated. It is about showing good manners, listening to others, speaking politely, and understanding their feelings. In our daily lives, we meet different kinds of people. Sometimes we agree, and sometimes we disagree. Even during difficult situations, we can choose to remain calm, respectful, and patient. A simple smile, a kind word, or listening to someone can make a big difference. For us in the BJMP, refinement in human dealings is important in how we treat our fellow personnel and the Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL). By showing respect, empathy, and professionalism, we help create a safe, peaceful, and positive environment. Let us always remember that how we treat others reflects our character. Small acts of kindness and respect can inspire others and strengthen our relationships."
