SDCB Holds HRMPSB Assessors Training on Initial Evaluation and PPST Assessment

The Schools Division of the City of Batac facilitated the Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection Board (HRMPSB) Assessors Training: Deepening on Initial Evaluation and PPST Assessment on August 26–27, 2025, at the SDO Conference Hall. Participants were trained to demonstrate their ability to carry out standards-based, policy-aligned, and development-focused initial evaluation and assessment of teachers applying for reclassification under the Career Progression System. Using the Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers (PPST) indicators and prescribed DepEd tools, the training strengthened the assessors’ competence in ensuring fair, transparent, and evidence-based evaluation processes.
