Kasabay ng isinagawang pagbibigay-pugay sa bandila ng Pilipinas ngayong araw, ika-5 ng Enero 2026, pormal na ipinakilala ng Pamahalaang Panlalawigan ng Batangas si Ms. Liezl Rosuelo bilang newly-appointed Department Head ng Provincial Human Resource Management Office (PHRMO).

Sa kanyang unang pagharap sa kawanihan ng Kapitolyo, ipinahayag niya ang kanyang taos-pusong pasasalamat sa administrasyon ni Governor Vilma Santos-Recto para sa tiwalang ipinagkaloob sa kanya. Gayundin, inilatag niya ang mga plano at programa na ipatutupad ng kanilang tanggapan para sa kagalingan ng bawat empleyado. Ang hakbang na ito ay bahagi ng patuloy na pagpapalakas ng pamamahala at pagbibigay ng serbisyong may #𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗼𝗔𝘁𝗣𝘂𝘀𝗼 mula sa Kapitolyo para sa Batangueño.

💻 Computer Literacy Training for Provincial Government of Batangas - Employees! 💻

The Provincial Government of Batangas continues its commitment to professional growth and digital innovation through the ongoing Computer Literacy Training for its employees.

The training, which started last Monday, October 20, 2025, and will run until Friday, October 24, 2025, is being held at the 3rd Floor, Dalubhasaan Building, Provincial Sports Complex Compound, Brgy. Bolbok, Batangas City.

This program aims to enhance the participants’ proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer-related applications to further improve efficiency and productivity in their daily functions.

The Provincial Government of Batangas, through the Provincial Human Resource Management Office (PHRMO), proudly takes part in this year’s Civil Service Commission (CSC) Pasasalamat with the theme:
“Bawat Kawani, Lingkod Bayani: Puso, Dangal at Galing Para sa Bayan.” last October 17, 2025 at DPWH MIMAROPA Regional Office, Quezon City 💙💛❤️

Representing the Provincial Government in this meaningful celebration is Ms. Anne B. De Castro, Officer-in-Charge of the PHRMO, in behalf of our beloved Governor Vilma Santos-Recto. The event was also attended by dedicated staff from the Office of the Provincial Governor and the Provincial Human Resource Management Office, showing their collective support and gratitude for the nation’s public servants.

This annual celebration honors the unwavering dedication, integrity, and excellence of every government worker who continues to serve with heart and purpose. It is a day of thanksgiving — recognizing the tireless efforts of our public servants in upholding the values of genuine public service for the Filipino people.

The Provincial Government of Batangas, through the Provincial Human Resource Management Office (PHRMO), participated in the 30th Regional Conference of Human Resource Management Practitioners organized by the Civil Service Commission Region IV. The two-day event gathered HR leaders and professionals to discuss strategies for leading change, inclusion, and innovation in the public sector.

The first day featured insightful sessions on employee wellness, organizational transformation, compliance, diversity, and innovation. Dr. Johanna A. Muller opened the conference with a discussion on 360° Employee Wellness, emphasizing mental health support as a key factor in productivity and morale. Mr. Arthur Luis P. Florentin followed with Driving Organizational Change, highlighting the need for agility and data-driven HR systems in government.

Atty. Jamahlin D. Lacandazo-Escalona, CSC Director III, presented Legal Updates on HR Compliance and Integrity, reinforcing ethical and transparent governance. Atty. Ariel G. Ronquillo, CSC Assistant Commissioner, shared insights on CSC Key Updates on the 2025 ORAOHRA. Ms. Josephine Gabriel Banaag discussed Building Inclusive Workplaces, focusing on equality and diversity in the workforce, while Dr. Tirso A. Ronquillo, President of Batangas State University, emphasized leadership with empathy amid digital transformation.

The conference also highlighted PRIME HRM Best Practices, moderated by Mr. Christopher John Espiritu, showcasing agencies that achieved Maturity Level II in HR excellence. The day concluded with an event synthesis by Atty. Elenita P. Ugay, CSC Director III, underscoring the importance of compassion, innovation, and inclusivity in human resource management.

Through this participation, the Provincial Government of Batangas reaffirms its commitment to building a dynamic, inclusive, and people-centered workplace that continues to uphold excellence in public service.

Kasabay ng pagbibigay-pugay sa bandila ng Pilipinas ng Pamahalaang Panlalawigan ng Batangas, pinangunahan ng Provincial Human Resource Management Office (PHRMO) ang paggagawad ng 2025 Individual and Office Awards, bilang bahagi ng culminating activity ng Kapitolyo sa pagidriwang ng ika-125 taong Anibersaryo ng Philippine Civil Service, ngayong Setyembre 29, 2025 sa DREAM Zone, Capitol Compound, Lungsod ng Batangas.
Sa nasabing okasyon, buong dangal na kinilala at pinarangalan ang mga natatanging lingkod bayan at tanggapan na nagpakita ng tapat, mahusay, taos-pusong paglilingkod sa publiko. Ang mga parangal na ito ay nagsisilbing pagkilala sa kanilang ambag, gayun din ay paalala at panawagan sa lahat ng kawani ng pamahalaan na patuloy na maging huwaran ng malasakit, dedikasyon, at serbisyo para sa ikauunlad ng mga Batangueño at ng buong Lalawigan ng Batangas.
