The 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 (𝗨𝗦𝗦𝗖) and 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘆 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 (𝗙𝗦𝗦𝗖) elections will be held on 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟔, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓. With five days remaining, students are encouraged to prepare to vote and select their next set of student leaders. This upcoming election is a crucial part of strengthening student representation and leadership. It is important that every student exercises their right to suffrage and takes an active role in shaping the future of the university.

𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐕𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬:
1. Students must first proceed to their respective faculty precincts and line up accordingly.
2. Upon reaching the registration area, they will be required to sign the attendance sheet.
3. Once signed, each student will receive their official ballot and be directed to the designated voting area.
4. After carefully filling out the ballot, it should be folded in half.
5. Before submitting the ballot, the student's finger will be stamped for verification.
6. The completed ballot is to be dropped into the ballot box and after that, the student may exit the polling area.
