POV: A warm welcome from the wonderful people of Eastern Visayas as we joined Sec Conrado Estrella III of the Department of Agrarian Reform, Philippines in the distribution of land titles and farm equipment. Joining us were USEC Josef Angelo Martires and USEC Kazel Celeste. Together, we continue empowering farmers and strengthening communities. 🌾🤝

Nice bumping into professional cager, Joshua Flores, and his lovely wife Marjorie at Dripwood Baybay! I was one of their ninongs on their wedding day, so it’s heartwarming to see them doing so well. Must really be getting old—Marga is growing up so fast, too! ❤️🏀👨‍👩‍👧

The strangeness of this life cannot be measured. I joined the Western Mongolia motorcycle expedition to test my limits across some of the most challenging terrain in the world—only to find myself testing how far I could ride a horse through the uneven, rocky mountains of what’s known as the “Switzerland of Mongolia.”

Life has a way of rewriting the adventure. Blessed Sunday, everyone. Cheers! 🏔️🐎🏍️

Honored to represent Governor Jericho "Icot" Petilla at DOE’s Energy Forum on Accelerating EE&C in government through Solar PV and E-mobility, and to sign the MOA for the SSG-ERPB program. Proud that Leyte’s Provincial Capitol runs fully on solar—a first in the Philippines—showing what’s possible when government leads with renewable energy and streamlined solutions like net metering. Here’s to more EVs and greener public buildings in service to our people. 🔆🚗
