September 30, 2026 - Joint Committee Hearing of the Committees on Labor and Science & Technology, where members are discussing the endorsement of LTAR No. 17-26-014, covering City Ordinance No. 6933-2023.

The proposed measure will establish the Automated Centralized Human Resources Registry System (ACHRRS), a centralized system that will organize information on job seekers and employees in Butuan City.

In simple terms, one organized system can help the City better understand who is looking for work, what skills are available, and what employment needs exist in our community.

As a member of the Committee on Labor, Hon. Atty. Dendo G. Udarbe is part of the ongoing discussion and deliberation on this measure. Because helping Butuanons find opportunities also means building better systems behind the scenes.

Gi-aprubahan sa 17th Sangguniang Panlungsod atol sa 3rd Special Session ang resolusyon nga nagdeklara sa Butuan City ubos sa State of Calamity tungod sa grabe nga water supply disruption nga gipahinabo sa nagpadayon nga extreme dry spell.

Gipadayon sa krisis ang pagkunhod sa water supply sa nagkadaiyang bahin sa siyudad, diin daghang komunidad ang nakasinati og limitadong suplay, hinay nga pressure, o hingpit nga walay tubig.

Pinaagi sa deklarasyon, ang City Government ug mga barangay nga apektado makagamit ug makapadagan sa mga available nga resources para sa dali nga response ug mga intervention batok sa nagpadayon nga water shortage.

Lakip sa mga prayoridad nga lakang ang dugang water tanks, water tankers, pumps, filtration systems, ug suporta para sa water rationing operations.

Importante nga lakang kini aron matubag ang kasamtangang krisis. Ang prayoridad karon mao ang pagsiguro nga maabot ang gikinahanglang resources sa mga komunidad nga apektado ug mapadayon ang konkretong mga lakang samtang nagpadayon ang water crisis sa Butuan.

𝗕𝗔𝗔𝗡 𝗞𝗠. 𝟯 𝗜𝗦 𝗔 𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗙𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗦𝗧. 𝗔𝗚𝗔𝗜𝗡.

For the second time, Barangay Baan Km. 3 is representing Butuan City as a national finalist in the Lupong Tagapamayapa Incentives Awards (LTIA) 2026 Highly Urbanized City Category.

On-site national validation was conducted to assess how the barangay handles disputes. From proper case documentation and settlement procedures to the effectiveness of its Lupong Tagapamayapa.

Dili lang ni award. It is recognition of a barangay that works to keep peace at the community level.

Hon. Dendo Udarbe joined City Vice Mayor Hon. Rey Bokingo Desiata, Hon. Gemma Tabada, and the barangay officials in welcoming the national evaluators, in support of Baan Km. 3’s continued efforts in strengthening Katarungang Pambarangay.

Padayon, Baan Km. 3! A peaceful community is an achievement worth recognizing.
