𝗦𝗔𝗡𝗧𝗢 𝗧𝗢𝗠𝗔𝗦, 𝗣𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮 — The Pampanga Council proudly conducted a historic 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗿 on 𝟮𝟭 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 at 𝗦𝗮𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘀 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 for the first batch of Scouts who successfully earned the LifeLeaders: Impact Innovators Challenge Badge.

The 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀: 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝗱𝗴𝗲 is a global youth development initiative under the 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗰𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗪𝗢𝗦𝗠) in partnership with 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲, designed to empower Scouts to become innovative leaders and changemakers in their communities. The program encourages young people to develop problem-solving, leadership, collaboration, and creative-thinking skills while creating meaningful social impact through community-based action.

During the awarding ceremony, Scouts were formally recognized for their dedication, hard work, and commitment to living out the values of Scouting through leadership and service. The Court of Honor became a celebration of youth empowerment, innovation, and the growing role of Scouts in shaping a better future for their communities.

Scout Leaders and guests praised the awardees for becoming pioneers of the program in Pampanga, inspiring fellow Scouts to take action, lead with purpose, and create positive change.

The successful recognition of the first batch marks another milestone in strengthening the Scouting movement’s mission of developing responsible, capable, and compassionate young leaders ready to face modern-day challenges.

[PROJECT] Illuminating Streets: A Solar Light Installation Project for Underlit Areas

⚜️💚 The Boy Scouts of the Philippines – Tarlac Council proudly celebrates its remarkable achievements during the 69th Annual National Council Meeting held at Cebu City. ⚜️💚

With great pride and gratitude, the Council received the prestigious Lorillard Spencer Award for Activities, Membership, and Administration Category for Class A Councils, along with the Diamond Jubilee Year Award for being an Active Council for over 80 years. These recognitions reflect the dedication, unity, and unwavering commitment of our Scout Leaders, Stakeholders, Partners, Schools, Volunteers, and Scouts in strengthening the Scouting Movement.

Our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who contributed to the success of the Council. Your dedication, unity, and unwavering support were key to the successful completion of our activities. To all leaders, members, volunteers, and partners—thank you for your time, effort, and wholehearted service. This achievement stands as a testament to what we can accomplish when we work together toward a shared goal.
