3rd Congressional District Administrative Officers II Joins “Empowered Minds, Exceptional Service”

The 3rd Congressional District Administrative Officers II proudly joined and actively participated in the “Empowered Minds, Exceptional Service: A Seminar on Personality Development, Mental Health and Wellness for Administrative Officers II”, held in two batches on August 19 and 20, 2026, at Vermillion Hotel, Iloilo City.

The seminar-workshop was initiated by the Schools Division of Iloilo – Association of Human Resource Practitioners, Inc. (SDI-AHRP), in partnership with the Schools Division of Iloilo, with the aim of strengthening self-awareness, emotional resilience, mental well-being, and positive workplace practices among Administrative Officers.
